There are few places on earth quite like Patagonia. It is a land of extremes: dusty, barren steppe blends into the sharp peaks of the Andes Mountains that cut through the Chilean and Argentine sides of the region, while milky blue glaciers hang precariously over equally milky blue lakes and huge colonies of birds and marine wildlife squawk and shuffle on beaches and through pristine nature.

Patagonia has quickly become my favourite destination in South America, after having spent many months there since I first visited back in 2016.

For many travellers, Patagonia is adventurous as it gets, which is why I’ve written a slew of articles covering everything from where to go and how to get there, to some of the most comprehensive guides to exploring Torres del Paine National Park that you’ll find on the internet (and if not, let me know – challenge accepted!)
